Risotto with Porcini & Truffle Oil - One of Marovato's one-pot meals. Just add water as directed and it makes its own sauce. Comes as vegan but you can add you own cooked protein.

Suggestions: During cooking add 1/2 glass of white wine and 2 anchovies fillets; add the truffle oil just before serving.
