STORE HOURS & ACCESS

Current store hours are posted in-store and on our website. Hours are subject to change during holidays or special events; updated hours will be posted accordingly.

·     All guests are welcome at The Tree and Vine.

·     We kindly ask that customers treat the store space, displays, and products with care.

·     Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

3. PURCHASING & PAYMENT

We are committed to providing a smooth and transparent purchasing experience. The following terms apply to all transactions at The Tree and Vine:

·     We accept all major credit and debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.

·     All listed prices are subject to change without prior notice.

·     Sales tax will be applied to all applicable purchases as required by Tennessee state law.

·     Receipts are available upon request at the time of purchase.

Please note: All food and perishable item purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Customers are encouraged to ask staff any questions about a product prior to purchase. See our Return & Refund Policy for complete details.

PRODUCT INFORMATION & ALLERGENS

We carry a wide variety of specialty food and beverage products, many of which may contain common allergens. Please read all product labels carefully before purchasing.

·     Product information, including ingredient lists and allergen disclosures, is available on product packaging and labels.

·     Additional product details are available upon request from a staff member.

·     Customers with known dietary restrictions, food allergies, or sensitivities are strongly encouraged to review all product labels thoroughly prior to purchase.

·     While our staff are happy to assist in providing available product information, The Tree and Vine, LLC cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen due to the nature of specialty food manufacturing, shared facilities, or supplier practices.

·     The Tree and Vine assumes no liability for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review product labels.
