2. STORE HOURS & ACCESS

Current store hours are posted in-store and on our website. Hours are subject to change during holidays or special events; updated hours will be posted accordingly.

· All guests are welcome at The Tree and Vine.

· We kindly ask that customers treat the store space, displays, and products with care.

· Children are welcome and must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

3. PURCHASING & PAYMENT

4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Non-food items may be eligible for return or exchange subject to the following general conditions:

· Items must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

· A valid original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

· Items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.

· Eligibility for refund or exchange is subject to review by staff at the time of return.

5. IN-STORE CONDUCT

The Tree and Vine strives to maintain a welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff. We ask that all visitors observe the following conduct guidelines:

· Treat all staff members, fellow customers, and merchandise with courtesy and respect.

· Handle all merchandise, display items, and products with care. Damaged merchandise may be subject to a charge.

· Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated.

· The Tree and Vine, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual behaving in a disruptive, threatening, or disrespectful manner, at the sole discretion of store management.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & ALLERGENS

We carry a wide variety of specialty food and beverage products, many of which may contain common allergens. Please read all product labels carefully before purchasing.

· Product information, including ingredient lists and allergen disclosures, is available on product packaging and labels.

· Additional product details are available upon request from a staff member.

· While our staff are happy to assist in providing available product information, The Tree and Vine, LLC cannot guarantee the absence of any allergen due to the nature of specialty food manufacturing, shared facilities, or supplier practices.

· The Tree and Vine assumes no liability for adverse reactions resulting from failure to review product labels.
