June's Chocolate

Local "Bean-to-Bar" chocolate made locally in Knoxville, TN.  Offering two distinct flavor profiles: One with the cocoa from Vietnam and the other from Madagascar.  Both are amazing.  Both are 70% cacao, 2.58 oz. (73 g.)

Cocoa from Madagascar is world-famous for its bright, fruity, and aromatic profile, featuring natural notes of citrus and red berries. Though the island produces only a small fraction of the global supply (around 0.2% to 0.5%), it is highly prized by craft chocolate makers as a "fine flavour" cocoa.

Vietnamese cocoa is celebrated for its unique flavor profile, combining a rich, natural bitterness with bright, fruity, and floral notes. Distinctly complex, featuring subtle notes of tropical fruit, warm spice, cinnamon, or raisin.
