White Traditional Balsamic (Sweet)

Made with only the Muscat grapes and aged in wooden casts until thick and sweet. Unlike the familiar dark brown Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this balsamic will remain pale yellow as only the white Muscat juices are used.

This balsamic is sweeter and thicker than its tart cousin the White Balsamic.

Use this balsamic in recipes that you would rather not darken but call for the sweetness of a aged balsamic.
