White Balsamic (Tart)

Made by aging the juice of Muscat grapes for just a few months inside wooden casks to keep it crisp tart flavor. Unlike the familiar dark brown Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, this balsamic will remain pale yellow as only the white juices are used.

This White Balsamic is more tart and not as thick as its sweeter cousin the White Traditional Balsamic.

The delicate flavor of this White Balsamic compliments many fine recipes without
darkening the ingredients of the dish.
